it's funny how the human emotion can be the biggest part of a persons behaviour. you'd go to the ends of the earth if you could save just one person; you'd give up something important that you need so that someone else can move on; you'd put your life in second place if it meant seeing the person you love live.

it's amazing that, in a split second you can make the decision and say "go on without me!" and willingly give yourself up to a dinosaur or a bomb if the people you care are at stake.

in some ways the human emotion is the most idiotic thing most of us are born with.
